Returns and refunds policy

Rewerly offers a 14-day return possibility. If you wish to make an exchange, you have 14 days from the date of receiving the package to send us the product. If you contact us after 14 days, or if the product does not reach us within the specified time frame, returns cannot be accepted. For a return to be accepted, the product must be new, unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging as you received it. Please do not send your product back before receiving confirmation from customer support.

To be eligible for a return, please provide the following information to our support :

  • An email requesting the return, sent to contact@rewerly.com within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the product.
  • 2-3 photos of the product (or video if necessary)
  • An email explaining the reason for the return/refund request.

Once we have received this information, we can decide on the next steps.

If your request has been accepted, you will be promptly notified via email, and you will receive all the details for returning the product.

Once we have received and inspected the product, you will receive an email confirming the successful receipt of the product.

If the return conditions have been met and your return is complete, you will receive a refund for your order. This will appear on your bank statement within 14 business days. Return shipping costs will be at your expense.

Refunds will not be accepted in the following cases :

  • If the package was not delivered because you provided an incorrect or incomplete address.
  • If the package was not delivered due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disaster, heavy snowfall, customs delay).
  • If the tracking indicates "Delivered" but you claim not to have received it.
  • If a delivery attempt was made, but no delivery notice was left, and the package is eventually returned to the sender (you will need to file a claim with your country's postal service, such as La Poste for France, BPost for Belgium, etc.).
  • For all deliveries outside mainland France.
  • For all orders placed during Flash Sales, exceptional discounts, or with a promotional code.
  • Other exceptional circumstances beyond Rewerly's control.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE

We only exchange defective products. If you have received a defective product, please contact us by email at contact@rewerly.com within 14 days of receiving the product, and your product will be replaced as soon as possible after receiving the evidence (photos, videos, etc.).

DELIVERY

If you wish to return a product, the return shipping costs will be at your expense. For certain cases where we are responsible, we will cover the return shipping costs. For example, if you do not receive the correct product you ordered. All products returned to us must be sent with tracking to our return center to avoid any disputes. You can provide us with the tracking number of the returned product at contact@rewerly.com. You must also include the completed and printed return form in the package for identification and refund purposes.
